Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in your account settings at any time. You'll keep Open Temple access.

What is the difference between Daily Temple and Journeys?+
Daily Temple is your everyday ritual micro-dose, while Journeys are longer pathways with progressive prompts and integration arcs.
Do I need special gear for Z-Lab experiments?+
No. A browser and a willingness to explore are enough. Optional devices like heart-rate sensors simply unlock richer data layers.
Can I export my data?+
