1. Overview

Welcome to Zyana ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Zyana spiritual platform — including our website at zyana.app, our iOS app ("Zyana App"), and any related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Zyana, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms.

3. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Zyana provides spiritual, educational, and informational content — including astrology, tarot, numerology, palm reading, meditation, and related tools — for personal growth and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on Zyana constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

4. Accounts

  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • • Notify us immediately at support@zyana.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

  • • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    • 5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • • Zyana offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rates shown at checkout.

  • • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

  • • A 3-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

  • • Individual reports (e.g., birth chart reports, Vedic readings) are available as one-time purchases and are priced as shown at checkout.

  • • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

    • 6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • • Refunds for subscription fees are not issued for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

  • • Individual report purchases are non-refundable once generated, as they are custom digital goods.

  • • If you experience a technical error that prevented delivery, contact support@zyana.app within 7 days for resolution.

    • 7. User Content

  • • You retain full ownership of any content you create within Zyana (journal entries, intentions, etc.).

  • • By submitting content, you grant Zyana a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

  • • You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.

    • 8. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

  • • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service or its content.

  • • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

  • • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.

    • 9. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated content, and software — are owned by or licensed to Zyana and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

    10. AI-Generated Content

    Zyana uses AI (including OpenAI's GPT models) to generate personalized spiritual content such as birth chart interpretations, tarot readings, and reports. This content is generated algorithmically and provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Zyana does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zyana in the 12 months prior to the claim.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

    14. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
